We were, I believe, intentionally mislead by representatives of EmbroidMe.Com when we investigated buying a franchise. We were shown graphs at corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida indicating we would be making a profit within 3 to 6 months after opening our store. After buying a franchise, we lost money for almost a year.
