May 08, 2008 · Just to let anybody know that Lloyds Black horse finance have refused to investigate my complaint about a mis-sold plan in 1994 because they say a time limit for complaints was set for 25/01/07. I have been given an option to use the FOS but Lloyds also say that if I complain with them they will automatically object to it regardless of blame.
