Etay unfairly refunded buyer and ignored my response to a case. A buyer opened a case on 19th Dec. I explained that Royal mail do not class the item as lost until 8th Jan and asked the buyer to wait. Etsy contacted me on Christmas Eve saying I had 2 days to upload the proof of postage.
