Also the silicone on the outside of the windows was not replaced, the new windows are simply pushed up against the old silicone. They promised A rated windows but didn't say anything about A rated fitting :-(Email replies were extremely short and basic from Everseal and I'm still waiting for some sort of paperwork showing my guarantee years later.
