The wikepedia site only mentions NY EZ pass rate of $11.08 but no mention that NJ EZ pass holders will be charged same as cash rate. I have checked the terms and conditions of the NJ EZ pass but still there was no mention of a cash rate charge on their EZ pass, unless of course I missed the fine print.
