This is not a difficult situation and I'm not sure why you require a minimum of 100 words to be able to post this problem. Also, if they are Bizrate rated, look at the percentage of negative and neutral complaints and pretty much ignore the green smiley face. I think 2% or less negative would be a reasonable expectation. Resellerratings.com is also a good resource.
