i had the exact same issue with holsted jewelers, as madmandy. holsted jewelers sent me a card stating that they because of their appreciation of me they offered me to accept one or two rings with their thanks. these stackable gemstone band rings are free and all you pay is shipping and handling, plus applicable taxes for each ring.
