May 18, 2012 · Long story short – I've had issues with Foxtel in regard to billing. Foxtel customer service is almost non existent these days. Their attitude seems to be take it or leave it. Last call I had with them they tried to upsell me a new package that was better value than the bogus one they had previously misrepresented to me.

I have spoken to 9 (yes 9) different people on a wrong charge on my foxtel. I have not had foxtel since 24/3/17 but I I have charges on my account. Each person I speak to puts me through to another person. I would appreciate a call from someone who knows what they are talking about. Many thanks!
