Hi @Whathappened .....the Community is a peer-to-peer Forum and I can't understand why you were referred here. But there is in fact a formal Complaints process which a number of us have used from time to time. If you go to the main Foxtel page, then Contacts, then Feedback and Complaints you will find that you can lodge a formal Complaint using a Foxtel Pro Forma.

May 18, 2012 · Foxtel has placed me on a 6 mths contract but failed to advise me the same, and this detail was not available in the "my accounts" page on foxtel. I just spoke to the operator which then i had the call escalated to his supervisor, and he too said that such information is not available to consumer.

I have had Foxtel for over 8 years, always had a problem with recording using IQ2 system. Made numerous complaints over a period of 3 years, only to be told the problem was at my end. Lets be honest their service is abysmal! Eventually after two years, someone in their service centre finally replaced my IQ2 with a "refurbished" IQ2.
