And when I talk to him he said to send the money back he told me to buy 9 apple iTunes card from Dollar general or CVS or Walmart saying if I don't return the money he will have police come to my door threatening legal action against me.

However by the time I had got my last statement it showed GE Capital Bank PLC with the same address. I believe First Personal were brought out by GE Capital. GE Capital then became GE Money.
