Over the years I have watched and experienced Halifax banking change from having to go to the Bank on the High Street to Online and then the Phone app. I find for me these days that I use the app almost every day and apart from the adverts they show between the accounts which is annoying at times it is a good banking app.

Oct 13, 2019 · Certainly complaints staff have Lloyds bank emails rather than the Halifax ones of branch staff. Does seem crazy though. You would have thought customers could look up their complaints as part of internet banking as these are meant to be online.
