When the installers left they didn't clean up everything they stated they were going to clean up before leaving. Once they had left it rained and the new gutters were leaking from behind the gutters. We notified Hansons twice by phone call from their follow up calls and twice through our sales rep by email.

Let me fill you, along with other consumers, some of the tricks used by Hansons. You mentioned that they asked you how much you should pay for the windows.

Another window installer came out today for another job and said the install job on the bay window was very poor. He said the window looked too big for the opening, and tried to caulk it to make it look better, and there is holes in the caulk which will leak and rot the window frame out over time.2/5(147)

Prof window guy came out and caulked again and said that they would have to have the Manufacturer over. Then Today, Handson's called and said that because of where we live, the wind is stronger and there isn't anything that they can do about the windows.
