After I failed to respond for several days, they upped their offer to $72.50, which I agreed to. Their mailer eventually arrived and I sent off my phone. In a week they emailed me and said the phone was broken (it wasn't) and offered me $11.79.

All business will get complaints. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest.

HelloTotem is a fraud. Sent them an Iphone 5 two months ago. Haven't heard back from them since. I filed complaints with BBB and the Internet Crimes unit. To test them, I offered to sell them an IPad. They promptly sent me the mailer. I filled the box with old counter tiles and sent it back to them.1.8/5(33)

To date Hellototem does not ackowledge that they received the device. I think it is very strange that they didn't receive the device. I would like to know how many other devieces have been 'lost in the mail'.
