May 31, 2017 · I always believe that the HIA/MBA contracts aren't bad ONLY if the builder is reputable and not dodgy. Yes it's favoured to the builder but unless they've added their own clauses to it, I think it's reasonable. A contract isn't worth the paper it's written on if the other party is a scumbag crook.
