But we have NO way of contacting the owner, and Homeaway say that the owner is either unavailable or uncooperative. They now want us to fill a whole load of paperwork before they will step in, ie, photo id, proof of payment etc.. but I didnt need any of this to book. SURELY THE REFUND SHOULD BE SIMPLE - BUT IT ISNT- SO BE WARNED.
