I used housepad to sell my home in DC area for $740k in 2015. Saved around $20k vs. using a listing broker. I found housepad decent to work with. I paid the buyer broker the full 3% - if you try to skimp on that, it can be very tough to sell. Besides, the buyer broker ends up doing all the work, and they don't, and shouldn't, work for free.2/5(6)

All business will get complaints. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest.
