Dec 10, 2019 · I called the HPCSA the following morning and no one has gotten back to me. The HPCSA personnel deliberately provide poor service because they are not held accountable. All complaints are handled by the call centre, shielding the operational staff from their incompetency. We pay for their services and should not be treated like this.1.6/5(66)

The hpcsa will not even assist you. To complete you need a internship somewhere. Unisa doesn't help and neither will the hpcsa. the hpcsa should at least put students at a place that tthey have for the duration so they can do 6 months practicum. but now hpcsa doesn't want to help at all. please don't give me a standard reply tht yiou will work ...

I emailed the HPCSA on 2013/07/21, after numerous attempts to get hold of an operator via their call centre (I`m sorry, but I cannot hold for 20 minutes every time!! ). I am still awaiting a reply... My HR department is now on MY case to supply these documents, but is seems impossible to get it from the HPCSA! PLEASE just sent me these documents!!
