I saw Seema Panda at HSBC 122 Finchley Road, London. I have had excellent customer service. Seema was very helpful in providing me with the documents that I required for my mortgage application, which was successful, although with the different bank. Worst UK Bank! Must be the worst bank bar none! I have banked with them from when I was a student. Even took out my mortgage with them. Seen them decline over the years that now it is so bad that if I didn’t have my mortgage with them, would close the account.
