Poor delivery but good customer service. Arranged for flowers to be delivered for a friends birthday. They use Yodel to deliver. Despite my friend being at home the delivery driver left the flowers on doorstep together with the card saying they’d been delivered.

I made several complaints by email, which were ignored. Eventually after a few more complaints I received a reply saying my complaint had been escalated and I'd receive a reply within 7 days. Guess what - I didn't. I emailed again and said I was going to put a complaint in writing by post to their Head Office. I never received a response to that.

They left it in “a safe place” (code for outside the door). Unfortunately the other 119 items clearly were on top of the box before it was left outside, overnight. So the flowers were a bit battered.
