Two weeks ago, I had a Violation 11 for no reason which means a lockout after a 2 day countdown due to an unauthorized start but after the data showed no reason for the Violation, Intoxalock had the $75.00 lockout fee and the $25.00 recalibration credited back to my account. Well, it happened again last Saturday, February 15.
