JG Wentworth customer support FAIL. JG Wentworth will not help me with making a large principle payment to my loan. Any payment over 10k requires you to submit an e-mail to a department that basically says they won't help me. I can't talk to a live person. They won't connect me to a supervisor. They completely suck!
