We as a consumer are protected by what is called the Deceptive Trade Practice Act and I think you need to read that act before the owners of Just Energy and it’s employees continue to commit this Fraud and scams. Just Energy, be prepared to spend money on some attorneys of your own because you opened a can of worms you didn’t want to open.

Needless to say most of the sales and customer service practices are similar to that of Universal Energy when it existed.
