In common with other reviews here, Lombok loses a star due to some pretty shambolic back-office management. Claiming that a product is "in stock" on the website, only to receive an email days later to say it was still on the ship and *might* be delivered before Christmas (then three weeks away).

Scott has managed to restore some of my faith in Lombok, and I hope to be able to change this further from a 3 star to a 4 star review in due course, when all the outstanding items are fully resolved. I'm glad that someone was finally able to take note of and understand my frustrations.

Having read other reviews on here, unfortunately I can only validate the fact that Lombok's online ordering process is an absolute farce. 4 months after ordering (with the money taken from our account immediately), we have no product, no delivery date andno refund.2.2/5(47)

Feb 07, 2020 · Horrible experience at Selong Belanak beach! Rented 1 surfboard at NAHWI bar. 30min later of really light surfing, the board just broke in 2 pieces in the water (it broke while not even standing on it) so it was obvious something was wrong with the board.4.5/5(946)
