Lifetime Bath says they gave me a lifetime warranty, but they won't send me any replacement parts.?? They refuse to ship them out or send someone to fix. Lifetime said they would issue me a $500 credit for my problems and to help ship it back, but no credit was ever received. They won't answer emails or telephone calls from me.
