HORRIBLE Customer Service and false advertising regarding delivery times. I placed an order on 12/18/19 and paid the $15 for overnight delivery, as my family's Christmas party was on 12/21. I received the package on 12/23. When Macy's sent me a text on 12/20, stating that delivery would be 12/23, I called Macy's customer service.
