Optus staff say that they can't fix it because Telstra won't allow Optus on the land to repair the tower!!!!! I am without secure internet as it more than often, drops out of service availability, others I know cannot make phone calls and others are losing BIG business as a result of this issue.

Mar 18, 2017 · Optus reply was that they don't know, it isn't scheduled. Then went to TIO who forwarded official complaint to Optus. End result was $50/month off our bill for six months and we are free to break contract if we can find someone better. I'm now doing my research on best ISP to switch over to.

Optus don't have a specific complaints email. Just the general optus contact email. If you want to properly raise a complaint then you should write. This raises a case number (that can be tracked) and Optus have 10 days usually to try fix it.
