Feb 03, 2012 · Medco sucks. Medco typically blames the doctor when they fail to send medications and/or totally screw up your mail-in order. Their call center IS outsourced. I've never gotten a Medco representative on the line who knew what the hell they were talking about -- they clearly read from a script and have medical training whatsoever.
