Would totally recommend NAB, am a happy customer. The only thing I would change is the fees on conversion rates of overseas money. Other than that it's a great bank. Good for pensioners and unemployed as they have accounts that don't have monthly fees.

Long story short, NAB stole my money and then refused to communicate with me as I was not a NAB customer. It did not matter to them that I had a photo of the transaction, that it occurred at a NAB branch under their video and staff security. I emailed complaints and attached evidence for their fraud team and requested a call back or contact.
