    Apr 13, 2010 · I looked on the department of health website and found nowhere to submit a complaint. I know of a restaurant around me called Cafe Hadar (in Brooklyn, NY- on Ave N and Nostrand) that reuses the bread that is served to people, even if it has been touched or partly eaten.
