I find their products to be of good quality with a wide range of price points. Have never had any issues with the next day delivery always arrives when expected, also they sent me a handy little next card to use in store so I can take full advantage of sales and outlet stores charged to my account to pay monthly.

I have just searched for reviews of Next furniture because of the exact same problems you are experiencing. My sofa is the Stamford 3 seater but one cushion is already twisted (and not the one I sit on all the time!) and pushing cushions (back and seat) back into place is a pain! One arm creaks when people it in a certain way.2/5(192)
