Jan 08, 2017 · Sometimes management takes care of noise complaints right away and sometimes they ignore them. It really depends on the building manager. A lease usually has a "quiet enjoyment" clause which states you have the right to enjoy the premises without unreasonable disturbances. I'm wondering if you've tried talking to your neighbor directly.
