Sep 29, 2013 · understand one simple fact, if it gets back to the landlord/property manager that the cops were called, you could face eviction, you most likely won't if it only happened once, but if you or someone calls the cops again, be prepared to get an eviction notice(if you live in a reputable complex) and any fees that come along with the eviction will have to be split by your roommates as well as you.
