Apr 13, 2010 · I would recommend people considering doing business with Elavon (NOVA) to look elsewhere. I don't know if there is a better company out there or if they all are like that but I do know that Elavon does business under a lot of different names (First Horizon, Costco, Merchant Services) so beware you may still be doing business with them.

Jan 13, 2019 · You can find almost 1/3 of the complaints are "administrative closed" which means Elavon failed to provide acceptable answers to the complaints. Many more complaints not even come to BBB since most people know BBB can do nothing to big corporations except getting their cash.

Screwed by Elavon twice in 6 weeks - read this. This is my second review, because Elavon are at it with my business again! It took over a month to release our funds that they "Froze" even this process was terrible with them lying to me daily.
