Jul 28, 2018 · This was the second ticket that I've gotten - the first one was going from New Jersey to New York a few years ago. It was the middle of the day, so there were no cars ahead of me. Even though the lane clearly stated CASH, when I got to the toll booth, there was no one there. They waived the administrative fee since that was my "first violation".
