At this stage, o2 have actually responded quite quickly in relation to most complaints being issued by customers. Any solicitor will only do what you can do yourself and charge for it - raise the complaints via the usual route, wait for the appropriate response in the required timeframe then lodge the complaint with OFCOM after waiting the appropriate deadline.
