No one working for OC Transpo seems to care that a bus didn't show up or was ridiculously late. Their "customer service" agents are so defensive and rude, they act like you're lying to them, and filing a complaint is really for nothing - you never hear back from them and nothing ever gets resolved.

Aug 29, 2017 · With those experiences in mind, I can categorically state that OC Transpo is the single worst transit service I have ever had the misfortune of using. There are transit services which are worse in specific categories (which I will get to), but as an overall package OC Transpo fails in almost every category I can think of.

One thing I have notice, people who thank drivers usually don’t bother much to pick up a phone (now days it is not hard to find) and send their official compliments to the management.
