In 1984, while working in Texas, his employer at the time, Neptune Pools, went out of business leaving many Austin-area homeowners with unfinished pools. Jul 09, 2008 · We love our Ocean Quest pool but would not recommend their pool cleaning service. The follow through is terrible and you pay over $400 a month for 10 minutes worth of attention to your pool once a week. Lew Akins really needs to address this part of his business.1/5(1)
