Feb 21, 2012 · On the 3rd week the agent booked it and sent us a email with travel details. no calls or email to apologize for the two week wait. Ordenza has your money and they do not have to give customer service.. You have no choice to wait for them to get back to you on their terms. If we had not sent the money in we would have booked with another agency.

I chose the refund of my $460. Odenza sold a certificate to Capital GMC, Capital GMC sells a car and gives the certificate away, Odenza doesn't have to honour the certificate because it won't be used due. Perfect scam. Both Capital GMC and Odenza are purposefully being very misleading.1/5(1)

Odenza marketing and odenza homes are the same principals - scammers who just filed for bankruptcy and left all the trades unpaid. Odenza owed appx close to $3 million dollars and left all the trades and homeowners on the hook for that amount. From the grapevine, one of the owners said they would just open up a new company and start shop again.
