I chose the refund of my $460. Odenza sold a certificate to Capital GMC, Capital GMC sells a car and gives the certificate away, Odenza doesn't have to honour the certificate because it won't be used due. Perfect scam. Both Capital GMC and Odenza are purposefully being very misleading.1/5(1)

They are just one of many companies who purchases these vacation pkgs. from Odenza AKA Fun Planet Vacations, to give as a gift. Odenza is responsible for all the problems concerning the (at the least) "misrepresentations" but what I consider outright "Fraud" committed upon customers.

I registered online, waited for the rep to contact me and nothing. I emailed Odenza and they gave me a my rep number 1866-721-6950 Jenny Weng. Called her and seems to be someone from some foreign country that speaks no English. I tried to explain to her but she didn't understand me and I definitely didn't understand her and she hung up on me.
