Feb 05, 2018 · The Ombudsman said it was an Openreach issue and they only dealt with complaints for ISP's, so try my MP. My MP raised a complaint to BT Executive Level Technical Complaints team and they basically said Openreach wouldn't change or upgrade the cable unless it was hard down/beyond repair and referred us to the deadlock letter.

A manager did call me back saying I could complain on the Openreach website, I tried but this is a joke trying to find a number or email address. I will be calling BT again tomorrow to let them know this and also contacting the Ombudsman Services (detailed in BT's Complaints code of practice.)

Yes, I ran the number. Yes, FTTC is shown as available. Yes, I know everyone on here apart from the mods is a customer.
