Mar 18, 2017 · About a week later I got an email from the Optus rep assigned to deal with the complaint. Email said he had tried to call but got no answer (no message left on answering machine so I was doubtful) and asked me to contact him about the issues. Tried to call the number he provided for three days and it rang out every time. (Approximately 30 calls).
