Optus accidently de-activated the home telephone of our dad. His bills are all paid before time and nothing outstanding. It took us close to 2 hours hours of our time and still they couldnt tell us why this happened and couldnt correct their own mistake straight away by activating the service dispite telling them over and over that there are medical dependent people living in the house.

Moose Mobile, my service provider has informed me that they have been handling a large amount of similar complaints since the cancellation of the Optus 2G service. So I asked the operator to note on my account that I have tried to do this but optus seems to send me around in circles. I then contacted the TIO and raised a complaint. I received a call today from optus’s complaints resolution team.
