I was served with a summons and complaint, and the summons says that I need to file an answer within 30 days. What does an answer look like? Is it something I can just pick up at the Orange County Superior Court? You can get a form answer at the Orange County Superior Court, fill it out and file it, but that's usually not a good idea.
