Mar 18, 2013 · My second complaint regards the support line. When I changed to Orcon Genius, I specifically asked for a handset to be included with the router. What use is having a landline with Orcon, and not receiving a handset from you guys, when conventional handsets will not work? Unfortunately, I received no handset with my package.

I use the Orcon Genius app which means my iPhone acts as the landline and I can also use this when out providing I am connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data which means I don't miss any calls made to the landline and am not charged from my mobile for calls made using the app. I find this perfect for me!5.9/10(4)

I was using orcon for couple years when I was renting. Their broadband was fairly average in terms of the speed and stability whilst their price was always in the high range of the market. But the worst part about orcon was their customer service - I called them third of June to terminate the service by end of June and was told not a problem.

We had been an Orcon Genius customer on an ADSL link for a number of years so when UFB became available at our address chose to upgrade to UFB with Orcon. I had read a lot of bad feedback on Orcon's Facebook and Twitter page AFTER signing up with them but they made any doubts disappear with the speedy set up. Calls to Orcon have been answered quickly with reasonably friendly staff who are happy to help and answered any queries I had and helped me accordingly. So far so good, No complaints at all.
