Orkin had the termite contract on the home for the past ten years. Therefore they had been treating the home since 1989. The executor of the home stated the contract was assumable to a first time buyer of the home. Orkin did the inspection and found no evidence of termites on July 1999.

I have had an Orkin termite "warranty" for over 10 years. They never inspect the house, they just walk through it and say all is well. I recently found termite frass (***) in three different places around my home.
