Mar 12, 2012 · I spent an hour or so with a SWT gateline assistant in London this evening, and the amount of Oyster issues is terrible. Not saying it's not the fault of the users, but the amount of maximum fare deductions, people not touching in/out properly, never mind the fact the barriers had very flaky Oyster readers and didn't work about 1/5 of the time!
