On the night of Sunday ** May 2013, I mistakenly mailed my final rent check for the month of June 2013 without a stamp. I used the envelope provided by the Parkoff Organization to mail the rent check. That envelope stated the Parkoff Organization's address as the return address, so the check was delivered by default to the Parkoff Organization.

Please Note that they only responded when I filed 3 complaints with 311. They're simply inhumane. If you wish to keep your sanity and peace of mind do not move into a Parkoff building or a realty in management as it's the same company. They keep up a front with making them look nice on the outside but don't care for tenants or their livelihood.1.5/5(44)
