I first did Parkrun when I was in Week 1 of C25k - I did one of the weeks runs using 1 minute run/90 seconds walk ( or whatever it was way back then) and finished in 49 minutes I have since got it down to around 33 minutes. I subsequently did every run at parkrun using one of the days tasks of the subsequent weeks of C25K.
