I am currently paying off my IVA. It was due to be completed next month, however, due to unforeseen circumstances I have found myself in arrears and am in the process of coming to an agreement on how I can pay this off. As there must be about 200,000 people in an IVA, this is indeed a low number of complaints to the regulator, This article looks at the reasons why there may be so few complaints about IVAs.

After being in debt for a number of years and the debt growing day by day I’m so happy with Payplan. My debts were £7k+ but thanks to Payplan I’ve now got a DMP which I’m so pleased with, in just almost 2 years I’ve managed to get £7k to £4K. I really am able to “live again”.

Feb 03, 2005 · Payplan is recognised by many lenders and, once accepted by Payplan, you only need to tell your lender that you have a repayment plan with Payplan and they will go away immediately and leave you alone! This is the first time I have ever posted here but just had to reply to this message.

Apr 06, 2016 · I was told that my completion certificate would be delayed pending the outcome of the court case Green v Wright , the next scheduled hearing being in May 16. I wrote to Payplan reminding them that I had previously agreed and continued to agree that any successful PPI claims would go straight to the IVA.

Oct 27, 2014 · Just wondering if anyone has recently completed an IVA with Payplan. If so, how long did it take to receive a completion certificate, and how did they handle any unresolved PPI? I have 2 payments left in my arrangement, but still have 3 PPI claims outstanding as Equity In Finance seem to now be referring every declined claim to the FOS.
