I have purchased a chrome book from pc world on the advise of the team know how specialist that This would be the same as the normal laptop. I was unsure at the time but the advisor assured me that I will be able to return it under the 90 day google trial, if I didn’t like it.

Sep 16, 2008 · Going back to the actual topic, OP bought a faulty laptop from PC world, which subsequently failed 6 months later which seems a relatively short amount of time and certainly a period of time for which I would be pushing for a replacement. PC World chose to attempt to help OP, but not FOC.

Very bad customer service. Complete false advertisement in store! Be aware! Went to buy a iMac from PCworld Carrickmines Dublin on 27 Jan, there was an special offer on the machine for 1,489 Euro, I was happy to proceed, but then the price changed to 1,699 at till.

Customer complaints dept haven't even responded but someone did reply to my review on Trustpilot. I gave all the information as requested to get a reply today saying that they do not deal with promotions directly and call the number that I told them I had been trying for hours.
